Our first objective when in contact with new clients is assessing how we can help. We do this via a consultation this is where we make suggestions of the ways we can help.

Consultation fees are calculated based on the following criteria:

• Duration of the Consultation: Fees may be hourly, half-day, or full-day rates.
• Complexity of the Case: More intricate cases requiring extensive research and expertise may incur higher fees.
• Retainer package - 3 different levels - low, medium and extensive, which will be determined on the level of support required and will involve telephone calls, WhatsApp chat, video chat, e-mails and site visits. 

We will guide you through the entire registration process with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring a seamless and successful outcome. 

We will assist in preparing individuals to meet the Fit and Proper Person requirements, ensuring compliance with CQC standards. 

Our experts conduct site visits to assess compliance with Regulation 15, focusing on safety, cleanliness, and suitability. 

We will provide targeted visits to address specific areas of concern, offering tailored advice and solutions. 

Our mock inspections simulate real CQC assessments, followed by actionable plans to address any gaps. 

Flexible and open calls to address any questions or challenges your organisation may face. 

We will offer guidance and expertise to organisations facing enforcement actions by CQC, helping them resolve issues effectively. 

We will provide tailored strategies and action plans to improve services and achieve better ratings from the CQC. 

We will offer ongoing support to ensure continuous compliance and improvement tailored to your organisation's needs. 

We will provide leadership and staff coaching to build strong teams and maintain high standards of care, which will align with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (H&SCA 2008).
